Toddlers

In the Toddler room the children are becoming more independent and are gaining vocabulary in order to better communicate their thoughts with others. Toddler teachers encourage languageĀ  development by providing words for children.

The Toddler room will be set up for exploring with paints, play dough, books, blocks manipulative, crayons, dress up and puzzles.

Toddlers will also have the opportunity for gross motor play using soft climbers in the building and also a large outdoor playground.

Your child will begin to understand group interactions during circle time. Circle time will be an interactive time for songs, books, finger plays and flannel games.

Caregivers are committed to making potty training a positive experience for parents and children. When a child exhibits indicators that they may be ready, the caregivers will work together with the families to begin this exciting process.
